嵐のあとの喜び

少しずつ秋の気配を感じる季節となりました。しかし大気は不安定で、雷や集中豪雨に見舞われる日もあります。先日は東久留米も全国ニュースで取り上げられましたが、主の守りの中で大きな被害がなかったことは恵みです。

変わりやすい天候の中でも、心を平安で支えるみことばに感謝します。嵐の後にも与えられる様々な「喜びのひととき」を味わいつつ、新しい季節を希望のうちに歩んでまいりましょう。

Joy After the Storm

After the storm has passed, there is a joy unlike any other—fresh and renewing, as though the air itself has been washed clean. Here in Higashikurume, we can already sense the first hints of autumn, even while the skies remain unsettled with sudden thunder or heavy rain.

Just as every storm soon gives way to calm, God’s Word steadies our hearts with His peace. May we walk in hope into this new season, treasuring the quiet “moments of joy” He so graciously provides.
